Bradford District Credit Union was co-founded by Dr. Jim Newmark, a longtime member of St Augustine’s, and Ian Fletcher, a former Treasurer of our church, who also served as a Director and Senior Manager at BDCU. Both founders understood the challenges many face when borrowing money and the importance of avoiding high-interest debt. They also recognised that developing a habit of regular saving can provide vital financial stability.
